Not if you take it off!
Resorts won't charge you for a new wristband if you take it off on your wedding day, so don't worry about this. You can take it off and replace it with a new one after the wedding day is over. For obvious reasons, if you are wearing a wedding dress nobody will approach you to find out if you are actually staying at the resort.
The same applies to Trash the Dress or Honeymoon photoshoots. Take it off and get a new one later.
