For a few different reasons, please don't ask your questions via WhatsApp or any other instant messaging tool. If you ask questions via WhatsApp 8 months before your wedding day we will definitely not remember them when we're capturing your event as we have no track of those messages.
We stay in touch daily with a lot of couples and it's impossible to keep track of WhatsApp/Facebook messages, especially when we receive them during events or late at night (as it usually happens). If you have questions please send us an email instead and we'll reply as soon as possible.
Before heading to your Wedding, we'll read the emails again to look for any important information and anything that wasn't sent via email won't be there.
If you want to stay in touch a couple of days prior to your wedding then we'd love to use WhatsApp for that. It's easy to communicate that way in case there are any last-minute changes.
