We do not offer refunds as we will most certainly reject jobs for that date or week based on the wedding you booked with us. To give you an idea, for every Saturday wedding we book, we usually have 3 to 4 inquiries for the same exact date. For every Saturday of every month of the year.
If you decide to cancel the event or simply not have a photographer/videographer, your deposit will not be refunded. We really appreciate your understanding and as we commit to doing your wedding photos when we offered our services, you commit to fulfilling your part.
Common Questions:
Canceling your trip? We cannot offer you a refund as we rejected other jobs on and close by to your wedding date.
Changing your wedding date? No problem, the deposit can be used if we have the availability on your new wedding date. If not, we'll try to accommodate with a photographer of our trust at no extra cost for you.
Changing countries? Let us know, we'd love to travel. Depending on the distance, travel fees might be added to your original pricing.
Changing cities? We don't charge any travel or accommodation fees within the Dominican Republic if we have the availability (please note that traveling takes 3/4 days instead of one).
Changing events? If it matches our arrangement we'd love to be there. If it doesn't, let us know via email, we try to help our couples as much as we can without working for free, we know you understand :)
