The answer is simply no. All of our prices are final and everything that is listed is what you get.
Let's say that after you received your photos you decided that your uncle shouldn't be in some of your photos but there he is... well, we might charge you to remove him because it's not what we offer. This is an example that applies to some other odd requests you might have. Can we do it? Probably yes. Will you be charged for it? Well, it depends. If it's not part of our job, most likely the answer is yes.
A few odd requests we had in the past:
- "Can you brighten my elbows in 200+ photos?"
- "Can you delete this person from the photo? He wasn't even invited"
- "Can you change the background to make it look like somewhere else?"
- "Can you make a third video without these (10+) scenes? I don't like when he said..."
- "Can you change my shirt color? They shipped the wrong one"
Please note that we'll be happy to help you with your odd request. If it's something that actually makes sense and it's part of our job, we'll be happy to do it for free. But please understand that some things like your shirt color will take us several hours to fix and they are outside of our duty as photographers.
